This role is designed for a paralegal who brings deep ITC expertise, exceptional litigation judgment, and the ability to operate at an elite level on complex, high stakes matter.Candidates must demonstrate long-term career stability, prior experience at an Am Law 100/200 or top-tier regional firm, and the technical sophistication required to support fast-moving ITC proceedings.The OpportunityThis position sits at the center of some of the most demanding and time-sensitive IP matters in the country. The Specialist Paralegal will work closely with attorneys handling complex ITC investigations, district court litigation, and related agency proceedings-where precision, speed, and procedural mastery are critical.The role requires both independent ownership of complex litigation tasks and seamless collaboration within large, multidisciplinary case teams.
