Not only will your efforts allow us to achieveorganizational efficiency, you will nurture the pleasant work environment our people love.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) This is a safety sensitive position• Operate Front Loader, Dump Truck, Backhoe, Bull Dozer, Water Truck, Articulating Truck and any other equipmentused in handling of clay material• Perform general utility work• Perform maintenance on equipmentSkills and Experience Required for Success• Previous experience in a non-climate controlled production environment• Ability to stand and walking up to 2 miles• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of force in sweeping and shoveling• Ability to wear PPE (personal protection equipment) - required and providedCompetencies Required for Success• Integrity• Teamwork• Self-MotivatedEducation• High school diploma or equivalent; OR one to three months related experience AND/OR training; OR equivalentcombination of education and experience.All applicants will be screened through E-verify and must also complete a pre-employment drug screen before being hired.
