Inside Sales Representative

Job DescriptionA leading provider of premium appliance parts is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through strategic account development and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a result-driven professional with strong inside sales or account management experience. Salary + Additional Benefits: $60,000-$80,000 + Bonus Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401K Location: St Charles, IL - Onsite Type of Position: Direct Hire Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales and expand business within existing accounts. Identify and convert new leads into long-term customers through outbound calls, email outreach, and virtual presentations. Analyze customer buying patterns, market data, and sales metrics to develop targeted sales strategies. Deliver impactful sales presentations to internal stakeholders and external customers. Collaborate with the product and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met with appropriate parts and service offerings. Monitor and achieve KPIs including revenue targets, customer retention, and new business development goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, forecasts, and sales activity in CRM software. Travel periodically for customer visits, trade shows, or company meetings. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, account management, or business development in an industry with physical products. Experience selling parts or technical components required Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic, HubSpot) and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities Willingness to travel as needed Due to the high volume of applications we typically receive, we regret that we are not able to personally respond to all applications.
