Workers' Compensation duties include, but are not limited to, research, writing, contentions, evaluation letters, discovery, motions and other litigation support activities.QualificationsCivil Litigation:Strong research and writing capabilities are a must. Practicing state license required. Workers' Compensation:Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, have strong research, writing and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently.
