Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Main Line Automotive Technician to join our team at Payne Edinburg. The Automotive Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring the highest quality of service to our customers. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; certification from a vocational school or completion of an apprenticeship program is a plus * Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or a similar role in a fast-paced automotive repair environment * Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment * Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Responsibilities: * Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections * Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs * Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other mechanical components * Inspect and test vehicles to ensure safety and functionality * Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used * Communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended services and repairs * Stay current on latest automotive technology and repair techniques
