Quality Technician- 1st Shift

Job DescriptionQuality TechnicianWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting manufactured products to ensure they meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards. The Quality Technician plays a critical role in supporting production by providing accurate documentation, inspection tools, and ongoing quality checks on the shop floor. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, experience with measurement tools, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.Key Responsibilities:Inspect in-process and finished products to verify conformance to customer drawings and specificationsAssist in maintaining and organizing customer drawings, specifications, and quality documentationProvide required paperwork, inspection documents, and quality records to the shop floorEnsure production teams have the proper measuring tools and inspection equipment needed for each jobPerform regular inspections of material being produced and identify nonconformancesAccurately document inspection results and communicate quality issues to the Quality Manager and production teamSupport continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring quality concernsMaintain a clean and organized inspection and work areaQualifications:Working knowledge of basic measurement techniques and inspection toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsPrevious experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection environment preferredBasic computer skills for documentation and reportingStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsGood communication skills and ability to work with production teamsWhat We Offer:Full-time, with OT availableStable manufacturing environmentOpportunities to grow within Quality and ManufacturingCompetitive paySupportive team and structured processesReady to Apply?If you are a reliable Quality Technician who takes pride in accuracy and supporting high-quality manufacturing, we encourage you to apply today.
