SummaryThe ideal candidate creates the first impression for guests arriving at the property. This role is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, opening doors, assisting with transportation, and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.Essential FunctionsJob duties include, although are not limited to:Door team is following all FORBES standardsThe main gate is calling all vehicles over the radio and confirming back to the main gatePre-shift meetings are conducted with the valet managers and valet runnersALL guest doors are opened and closed for the guestALL guests are greeted appropriately ALL luggage is removed from the vehicle and loaded onto a bell cartALL Cloister guests are escorted to the front desk and introduced to the FD agent by nameALL doorperson are in the proper uniform wearing their nametag and have a Daily CompassDoor team attends the Pre-shift meetingDoormen are posted up Valet runners are called up as vehicles arrivePodium is clean and free of clutterLuggage is taggedShiftNote is updated with any pertinent informationAll radios are charged and ready for the next shiftFront drive is clean and free of any trashHolding room is clean and organizedAll radios are charged and ready for the next shiftLobby is clean and free of any dirty glasses or trashInternal RelationshipsReports to Director of Guest ExperienceExternal RelationshipsHas regular contact with Guest & MembersQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred.Prior experience in guest services or bellman role is a plus.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Knowledge of the local area is beneficial.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Education/Experience RequirementsPhysical RequirementsLifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
