Also, opportunities to shoot and edit video for social media platforms. Compensation is standardized and commensurate with responsibilities and performance.Job Functions:• Ability to handle 25-50 lbs. of equipment at a time • Ability to use ENG style cameras for live event production • Intermediate knowledge of control room equipment (Graphics, Switcher, Replay, Camera Shading, etc.) • Willingness to help with setup and teardown of equipment before and after events • Ability to efficiently use the Adobe Production Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) • Ability to operate DSLR cameras for photography and video • Must be able to take direction and understand production workflow from start to finish (Initial Idea, Shooting, Logging, Editing, Exporting, etc.) • Must be on time for all crew calls or when assigned to office hours • Other duties as assigned that may or may not include travelCompliance with all NCAA and Baylor policies • Assist with various projects, activities or tasks related to marketing and communications • Support marketing and communications strategies and perform duties accordingly • Exhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively • Ability to comply with University policies • Maintain regular and punctual attendanceEmployer: Baylor UniversityWork Location: McLane StadiumWork Address:1001 S Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Waco, TX 76704
