Job specificationCandidate requirementsJob specification• Organize and oversee orientation programs for new field- and office-based staff. • Develop and implement continuing education programs for clinical and paraprofessional staff. • Evaluate program effectiveness and ensure relevancy to meet staff and regulatory needs. • Facilitate clinical competency testing and provide remedial training as identified. • Create, maintain, and standardize educational materials for staff and patients. Candidate requirements• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. • Current, valid RN license issued by New York State Department of Education. • High-level OASIS knowledge and competence; Certificate for OASIS Specialist Clinical (COS-C) preferred but not required.
