Job Description: The primary purpose of this role is to conduct biological, chemical, and physical analyses on pharmaceutical products (biologics and drugs) and medical devices throughout all stages of the manufacturing process from raw materials to finished goods as well as support environmental monitoring programs. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct critical biological, chemical, and physical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, final products, and environmental monitoring samples. Utilize advanced laboratory instruments and computer systems to collect, analyze, and document data accurately. Perform complex assays requiring strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of biology and chemistry fundamentals. Complete all routine and special project/protocol testing within required timelines. Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, specifications, and regulatory standards including FDA, GLP, QSR, and cGMP. Investigate deviations and prepare exception reports as needed. Participate in cross-functional team activities to improve processes, resolve problems, boost efficiency, and enhance product quality. Conduct laboratory and manufacturing audits; update plant SOPs as required. Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biological Science, or related field with Analytical Chemistry or Laboratory coursework. 0 2 years of experience in a laboratory medical device environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and excellent reading comprehension. Basic understanding of laboratory instrumentation and analytical techniques. Computer literacy with ability to work with laboratory systems and documentation tools. Effective communication skills to collaborate with supervisors and peers. Conscientious, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
