We advocate for best pay, diversity in tech, and best job-fit for every candidate we place.And our client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their Service Desk team in San Francisco, CA!The role will provide first and second level support for our client's global and US offices.Responsibilities include:Assist in Move, Add and ChangesBuild, deploy and maintain end-user devicesTrack, prioritize, document and resolve end-user incident ticketsDevelop and document process and procedural enhancementsManage, maintain, and audit hardware and software inventoryMaintain a high level of responsiveness, communication, and professionalismEvaluate and solve advanced technical issuesProvide technical guidance and training to end-usersMaintain and support a O365, VDI and mobile environmentKnowledge of the following is required:Windows 10 operating system and Microsoft Office 365 Suite of applicationsNetwork fundamentals (connections, components, protocols)Active Directory (structure, policies, management)Experience with Local and Remote user assistanceMobile Device ManagementProficient with Laptops, VMware VDI and physical desktopsKnowledge of the following is a PLUS:VOIP systems managementEnterprise level video conferencing systemsPatch management and software deploymentPython or PowerShell ScriptingUnderstanding of Internet and network securityITIL Process flow and Incident managementQualifications:Bachelor's degree is preferredAt least 2 year of professional experienceAbility to solve problems in a sustainable way by working with people, not just technologiesMust have experience supporting users in a dynamic environment with white glove service in person and over the phoneIdeal candidates will be quick learners with strong troubleshooting skillsAble to work independentlyParticipate in an on-call rotation will be required#LI-EG1#LI-OnsiteLocation: San Francisco, CASeniority Level: Associate LevelEmployment Type: Full TimeJob Function: Information TechnologySalary: $30/ HR - $40/HR
