We're a legacy of mission excellence built on ground-breaking technologies.Join the ARKA mission and discover your next career opportunity now!Position Overview:We are seeking a Program Finance & Controls Analyst who has a passion for utilizing their financial analysis skills to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with teams in the Finance, Engineering, and Program Management area. As a true business manager, this person will have the opportunity to directly own and drive performance of their programs throughout the entire program lifecycle, while providing, presenting, and translating detailed meaningful data into recommendations to influence key business decisions. Responsibilities:Support proposal teams by developing and analyzing cost inputs, pricing proposal inputs and creating compliant proposal submittalsCreate and maintain program budgets and forecasts utilizing earned value managementMonitor program financial data on a weekly and monthly basisDevelop and maintain monthly forecasts, prepare variance analysis as neededPrepare internal and external customer financial reportsPrepare and present quarterly estimates-at-completion (EAC's)Ensure compliance with all required corporate, department and government policies and regulationsSupport Program Management by providing recurring and ad hoc project reporting and analysesBasic Qualifications:Minimum of BA/BS degree3+ years of relevant experienceStrong prioritization and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high degree of flexibilityExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to lead and resolve daily issuesAbility to communicate clear and concise objectives to all levels of the organizationMicrosoft Office Suite proficiency requiredStrong knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAbility to work well both independently and in a team environmentAbility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI U.S. Government Security ClearancePreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, CAS, and SOX guidelines preferredSAP experience preferredLocation: Danbury, CTThis position is located onsite at our facility in Danbury, CT.
