What You Bring 8+ years of QA experience in enterprise eCommerce environments Strong SAP Hybris testing and UAT expertise Advanced SQL development skills Experience in web application and mobile application testing Strong scripting and functional testing background Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments What You'll Be Doing Drive Enterprise eCommerce Quality Lead end-to-end testing across a robust SAP Hybris eCommerce platform. Validate mission-critical workflows including catalog management, pricing engines, promotions, checkout flows, payment integrations, and order processing. Serve as a key contributor during UAT cycles, working directly with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are production-ready. Own Web & Mobile Testing Excellence Perform deep functional, integration, and regression testing for complex web applications. Execute mobile testing for iOS and Android platforms, ensuring consistent, high-quality user experiences across devices. Identify risks before they become production issues. Leverage Your SQL & Analytical Skills Write complex SQL queries to validate backend transactions and ensure data integrity. Investigate defects at the database level to support rapid root cause analysis. Bridge the gap between frontend user experience and backend systems. Build, Script, Improve Develop comprehensive test scripts and documentation. Improve QA best practices and contribute to process enhancements. Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and release planning with cross-functional teams.
