Technical Recruiter/On Site Reston, VA Pay From: $55,000 per (plus commission) Quadrant is a leading staffing provider in the technology and healthcare sectors in the Washington, DC metro market. We are looking to add motivated, proactive, outgoing recruiters to our technology staffing division. This is a dynamic, growth-oriented opportunity for someone who is interested in entering the world of agency staffing. MUST: 1-5 years professional experience Technical experience is a plus Strong customer service experience Comfortable with high volume calls Experience utilizing ATS systems desired Possess a dynamic sales personality Ability to work with Account Managers in a fast paced - team oriented environment Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring needs on a regular basis Ability to utilize social and professional networks for recruiting candidates and building pipelines of specific technical personnel Competitive nature Team, goal and project oriented Exceptional communication skills Ability to pivot quickly BA/BS degree highly desired (not required) DUTIES: Full life cycle recruiting Responsible for sourcing, qualifying, hiring and maintaining ongoing relationships with qualified technology professionals across the country to meet client's staffing needs Accountable for building a network of qualified candidates, pre-screening, evaluating skills in relation to the position requirements, negotiating compensation, overseeing the completion of onboarding requirements, and managing active working technical professionals Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
