Chick-fil-A Night Manager

Purpose of Position and Scope of Responsibility: The Chick-fil-A Night Manager provides direct supervision of evening staff and monitors adherence to company and department policies and procedures. Under the general direction of Chick-fil-A Manager Under the direct supervision of Chick-fil-A Assistant Manager Responsible for 1 shift, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Incumbents are subject to overtime as deemed necessary. Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities: 1. Oversee employees to make sure Chick-fil-A standards are being met 2. Oversee employees to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and correctly 3. Responsible for counting tills and making deposits 4. Responsible for stocking the store 5. Responsible for keeping the store clean and organized 6. Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed. Minimum Qualifications Knowledge/Education Experience Licensure, Registration, Certification High School Diploma Fast Food experience Desired Qualifications Knowledge/Education Experience Licensure, Registration, Certification High School Diploma Management experience in fast food or related field Physical Requirements: Work requires heavy physical exertion (over 50 pounds) on a continuous basis (over 50% of time). Work requires use of a heavy-duty power washer. Work requires the use of a ladder to a height up to 6ft. Environmental Conditions: Work may involve exposure to unpleasant working conditions or undesirable elements; may involve exposure to a variety of elements which are potentially hazardous or harmful which require exercise of well-defined precautions for protection from injury or illness.
