With culinary offerings that harmonize the bounty of Northern California with European elegance, Estate Yountville invites you to experience a haven of exclusivity and refined beauty.JOB SUMMARY:The Talent Acquisition Specialist drives and owns full-cycle recruiting across all hotel departments, actively sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to anticipate staffing needs, build strong talent pipelines, and move hiring forward quickly, while delivering a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the hotel's service culture and brand standards.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Proactively source talent through networking, direct outreach, referrals, job boards, social platforms, and community partnershipsAct as a true hiring partner to department leaders by anticipating staffing needs, pushing timelines forward, and advising on market conditionsDrive full-cycle recruiting for hotel roles across hourly, supervisory, and management levelsLead offer coordination and pre-boarding, ensuring a smooth, compelling close for top candidatesRepresent the brand in the market at job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiativesMaintain clean, accurate ATS data to track pipelines, outreach, and hiring progressDeliver a standout candidate experience that reflects the energy, standards, and hospitality of the propertyEnsure all recruiting activity aligns with employment laws, internal policies, and brand standardsMove fast and decisively to coordinate interviews, manage follow-ups, and keep candidates warm and engaged throughout the processREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree required2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or high-volume service environmentsExperience recruiting hourly and non-exempt positionsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing toolsBasic knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance standardsStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environmentFlexible schedule with the ability to support occasional evenings, weekends, or hiring eventsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday as requiredAbility to move throughout the hotel property, including back-of-house and guest areasAbility to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds occasionally (e.g., recruiting materials, event supplies)Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of timeAbility to attend on-site recruiting events, job fairs, and interviewsHotel Villagio & Vintage House offer an attractive compensation and benefits package and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
