Our culture is grounded in integrity, responsibility, synergy, community and care-with a strong belief that durable performance is built by strong people The Role We are seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to join our investment team in Beverly Hills. This role offers hands-on exposure across the full deal lifecycle-from initial underwriting through closing-while working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.The ideal candidate is analytically rigorous, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious, with the ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of work product. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain pro forma underwriting models for acquisition and recapitalization opportunities, incorporating T12 financials, rent rolls, market data, operating and capital assumptions, and tax analysisPerform supporting analyses including rent surveys, sales comps, supply pipeline research, sensitivity and scenario analysisAnalyze macro- and market-level trends such as employment growth, migration, supply dynamics, rent growth, and occupancyPrepare investment summaries and materials for internal review and Investment Committee discussionsSupport pipeline tracking, broker relationships, and deal flow managementAssist with due diligence efforts, including vendor coordination, third-party report review, and capital and operating budget analysisConduct property tours and document observations for senior team membersCollaborate cross-functionally with Asset Management, Construction Management, and Property Management teams Abilities/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in real estate, finance, economics, business, or a related fieldMinimum of 1-3 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, with a focus on multifamily CREPrevious experience in real estate equity investment, real estate lending, or brokerage strongly preferredStrong proficiency in excel, financial modeling, valuation techniques, and real estate investment softwareExperience with complex partnership and waterfall structures preferredHigh attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality workAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentFamiliarity with AI-enabled tools and software to improve analytical efficiencyTeam-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownershipCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $75,000-$90,000 plus merit-based discretionary bonusEmployer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with employer matchLife insurance, long-term disability, and Employee Assistance ProgramWhy GL Capital Partners & GLPMThis is an opportunity to join a high-performing, values-driven investment platform where analysts are trusted with real responsibility, supported by experienced leadership, and developed through direct exposure to institutional-quality transactions.
