House Autry Mills is currently in search of an energetic experienced Maintenance Supervisor at our Hogansville, GA location. This position has the primary responsibility for the proper care and maintenance of all company owned leased facilities, equipment, and grounds. Maintain adequate spare parts and assist other maintenance staff in the effort to reduce production downtime and facility upkeep. Having a great work ethic and able to work well in a team environment to achieve a safe and highly efficient production environment. Serves as a resource for the development and communication of more efficient methods to reduce maintenance and repair costs.Responsible for the strategic planning of the maintenance department.Responsible for managing departmental budget. Work with production team to resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner with minimal disturbance to outputResponsible for after-hours and emergency call coverage.Responsible for own accountabilityDirectly supervises and guides Maintenance Team. Ensure compliance with House-Autry quality standards. Comply with Federal and State Safety Regulations and House-Autry policies.Other duties may be assigned.Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Degree from a vocational school or bachelor's degree in business administration or facility management preferredFood manufacturing preferredFluent in Spanish speaking is preferredProven experience as maintenance manager or another managerial roleOSHA 30 trained desirableKnowledge of robotics/automation systems Experience in planning maintenance operationsSolid understanding of technical aspects of process controls, electrical systems etc.Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.Ability to keep track of and report on activity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.Thorough understanding and operational skills of Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint.Fully knowledge and kills working with ERP systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.About Us:House-Autry is a dynamic and growing food company that has flourished for over 200 years.
