Job SummaryThe HR Intern will support the Human Resources team with administrative, organizational, and project-based tasks. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, recruiting, and personnel administration. The intern will play a key role in digitizing and organizing HR files while assisting with various HR and recruiting initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDigitize, organize, and maintain employee records and HR filesAssist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filingSupport recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidatesAssist in maintaining HR databases and ensuring data accuracySupport day-to-day HR operations as neededMaintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all timesQualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailBasic knowledge of HR principles is a plus but not requiredProficient in Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information responsiblySkills & CompetenciesHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyComfortable working independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and take initiativeWhat You'll GainHands-on experience in HR operationsProfessional development and mentorshipExperience that supports future careers in HR or business administrationPreferences• Undergrad or Post Graduate Students
