Position Title: Hybrid Personal Injury ParalegalThe Personal Injury Paralegal position plays a crucial role in supporting attorneys within a fast-paced personal injury litigation environment. This role involves managing a substantial caseload, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining organization in a dynamic setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to case management. Working closely with clients who have experienced trauma may also be part of the responsibilities. The firm fosters a culture of independence and encourages team input, making it essential for candidates to be adaptable and collaborative.Hybrid Personal Injury Paralegal Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of 50-70 personal injury and wrongful death cases Support one or more attorneys by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely progress Handle calendaring and e-filing tasks Prepare materials for trial Assist in maintaining organized case files Hybrid Personal Injury Paralegal Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation Plaintiff experience is required Experience with calendaring and e-filing A paralegal certificate is a plus Experience working with clients who have experienced trauma is preferred Familiarity with community resources and referral processes is preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred Benefits: 401K (no match) eligibility after 90 days Medical, dental, and vision insurance eligibility after 90 days PTO accrual: 10 days in the first year, increasing with tenure Seven paid holidays plus one floating holiday If you are a Paralegal looking to take the next step in your career, apply now! #LI-AS1
