A/P & Inventory SpecialistPosition Overview & Key Responsibilities:The A/P & Inventory Specialist will be responsible for:Enter vendor invoices into viewpoint and codes for PM approval.Process A/P to various vendors and employees.Interface with various insurance carriers and healthcare providers to facilitate reconciliation of any on the job accidents or injuries.Monthly inventory count and reconciliation.Enter warehouse inventory in & out through Viewpoint.Enter POs into Viewpoint.Benefits:Salary Range - $50,000 to $70,000 depending on qualifications and experience.Bonus - 10% contingent on personal and company performance. Bonus eligibility is based on one full year of hire which is payable in the 2nd quarter of the following calendar year.Benefits - Healthcare & Dental Insurance with Employee Contributions, and HSA subject to government regulations. Eligibility will be after the first two months of hire effective on the 1st day of the following month. 401k plan with eligibility at date of hire. $50,000 employer paid life insurance policy.Paid Time Off - 15 days accrued PTO per year with 7 paid company holidays. Not eligible for any PTO during first sixty (60) days of employment. Unused PTO does not rollover but is paid out the first month of the following year.
