Join Our Team as a Converting Operator - Tier Four Location: Sussex, WI Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision and quality? Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety and efficiency are top priorities? If so, we want to meet you! What You'll Do As a Converting Operator, you'll be at the heart of our production process-setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Your day-to-day will include: * Setting up and operating machinery per production specs and safety protocols * Performing machine startups, shutdowns, and basic troubleshooting * Monitoring operations to maintain consistent quality and output * Conducting routine inspections and basic maintenance * Adjusting machine settings to optimize performance * Operating electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoists * Documenting production data and reporting issues * Performing quality checks in line with our Quality Management System * Keeping your work area clean and organized * Supporting other tasks as needed What You Bring * Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role * Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and safety procedures * Basic math and computer skills * Mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to quality and safety Preferred Qualifications * High School diploma or GED * 5+ years of manufacturing experience Why Join Us?
