THE IDEAL CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate is an experienced facilities management professional with strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of commercial cleaning operations. They have hands-on experience managing custodial teams in large or multi-site environments, demonstrate strong abilities in staff development and performance management, and foster a culture of accountability and pride in service. They effectively manage budgets, control inventory, and plan large-scale cleaning projects to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations. Equally important is the candidate's ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both their team and other County departments.
