About the role: This is a temporary support position within the IT Department that will work collaboratively with various lines of business with exposure to various facets of the business; change management, project management, peer relations and support as well as customer relationship development. What you'll do: * Work with a multi-disciplinary team to add depth to the IT infrastructure of the organization. * Assist IT and vendors with web development and maintenance. * Provide help desk support to internal and external clients including device and Microsoft Windows driver installation as needed. * Comply with internal security policies and procedures and maintain customer confidentiality at all times. * Adhere to all regulations, policies, and record keeping requirements. Complete all required training related to bank regulations and policies. * Accept other responsibilities and projects as requested to add value for CFBank.
