The Inside Sales Representative identifies, qualifies, contacts, and closes accounts located in territories nationwide. This role uses their proficiency for communication to establish strong relationships with key clinical decision makers. The Representative carries out planned campaigns designed to provide important information to existing accounts and potential accounts. The Inside Sales Representative will have detailed knowledge of facility processes, products, and company protocols along with being responsible for accurately communicating this information to clinics. The Inside Sales Representative is an expert in product knowledge and a proficient communicator, helping the company optimize customer relationships, while increasing account revenue potential.Responsibilities:Maintains a minimum number of outgoing contacts and a high standard of professionalism in verbal and written communicationsExecutes mass communication campaigns and maintains a follow up schedule until each lead is contactedMeets all performance expectations and sales goalsEstablishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with prospective and current healthcare providers in assigned territoriesUpdates each CRM profile with detailed and accurate informationFollows established sales operating procedures and best practicesInitiates contact with inactive accounts to reinitiate orderingImplements planned sales strategies based on analytics and customer requestsResponsible for researching and identifying new leads to enter in the CRMPossesses detailed product and compounding knowledgeSources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsConverts opportunities into active accounts by presenting detailed informationPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:Education/Experience:Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)At least 1 years' experience of inside sales in healthcare-related customer service, sales, or customer retention role in a call center or customer service environmentKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAccurately pronounce medical and pharmaceutical terminologyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to search, locate, and identify target clinic leadsAbility to prioritize work and meet deadlinesSensitivity to confidential documents and informationMust be detail oriented and possess a high level of accuracyAccurately pronounce medical and pharmaceutical terminologyAbility to interact effectively with diverse customers via phone and emailGenuine interest in pharmaceutical products related to wellness, quality of life, and hormone therapiesHigh intellectual curiosity, Analytical and quantitative skillsHigh integrity, able to maintain above average attendance and punctualityCustomer-centricAble to learn detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical products and specific clinical treatmentsAptitude for online researchRequirements:Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.Legally authorized to be employed in the United States (S. citizens or national, permanent residents)Benefits:Fulltime, Remote.
