Based in Richardson, TX, you'll coordinate project strategy, align with field and office teams, track budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure every job hits quality and timeline standards.You'll be responsible for:Building and maintaining detailed construction schedules for electrical workLeading project kickoff strategies and operational plansManaging material orders, permits, and vendor contractsOverseeing field execution and project budget performanceDirecting submittals, billings, and documentation throughout the projectConducting job site visits to ensure safety, code compliance, and excellenceClosing out projects with documentation, commissioning, and client trainingLeading and mentoring your project team and developing future leadersHiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience managing electrical construction projects from pre-construction to close-outStrong command of NEC code and local/state permitting requirementsProficiency with project management software like Procore, ConEst, Bluebeam, and Microsoft ExcelPMP certification or similar is a plusStrong ability to interpret electrical plans, answer RFIs, and guide field executionExcellent communication, leadership, budgeting, and negotiation skillsAbility to mentor, delegate, and develop project engineers and assistantsCommitted to safety, quality, and building lasting relationshipsPetri Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
