Cortex EngineerCollaborate with SRE, NRE, and application teams to onboard services to the observability stack Administer and manage Snowflake Cortex services within Snowflake accounts Enable and govern Cortex-based GenAI and ML features for analytics and business use cases Configure roles, access controls, and security policies for Cortex workloads Monitor performance, usage, and cost of Cortex-enabled services Manage long-term metrics storage using backends such as object storage (S3-compatible) Operate Cortex workloads on Kubernetes, including scaling, upgrades, and resilience Implement SLOs, alerts, and capacity planning for observability platforms Troubleshoot performance issues related to ingestion, querying, and storage Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code patterns Support onboarding of teams using Cortex functions, LLM-based services, and ML workflows Work closely with data engineering, AI/ML, and platform teams for Cortex adoption Troubleshoot Cortex-related operational, access, and performance issues Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures for Cortex administration Design, deploy, and operate Grafana Cortex in high-availability, multi-tenant environments Integrate Cortex with Grafana dashboards for real-time observability and analyticsSalary Range- $90,000-$110,000 a year #LI-SP3 #LI-VX1
