For more information, visit The roleAs a Senior Calibration Technician, your objective is to ensure that the Hub delivers accurate, complete, and cost-effective ADAS calibrations for customers every day. With expert automotive and shop experience, you'll train, lead, and manage a team of ADAS technicians, focusing them on high-quality and efficient vehicle calibration, maintenance, and repair work in accordance with the company's technical and operational standards. You'll update and revise calibration techniques and approaches as needed to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The Senior Calibration Technician role is designed to accelerate business growth by driving customer satisfaction, retaining and building customer relationships, and contributing to the evolution of technical offerings at Kinetic Hubs.ResponsibilitiesOperations management: oversee the team's daily work quality and output by designing and tailoring workflows, meeting prescribed schedules, and constantly improving cycle timeQuality control: ensure OEM-specified service procedures are followed accurately and consistently, adhering to industry best practicesCollaboration: work with Kinetic team members and clients to understand requirements, address concerns, deliver solutions, help improve Kinetic's AI and robotics technologies, and ensure high customer satisfactionResource management: ensure efficient utilization of staff, tools, and facility space to reduce cost, improve accuracy, and maximize calibration volumeExecutive communication: write and speak clearly, concisely, and accurately to both internal and external audiencesTeam leadership: inspire, coach, and provide technical support to a team of ADAS technicians in order to reach daily operations goals, enable ongoing skill development, and encourage career growthThought leadership: serve as the expert in automotive knowledge on topics including ADAS calibration, maintenance procedures, issue troubleshooting, and tooling/ equipmentRecordkeeping: organize and store vehicle, customer, and job documentation, including photos, scan reports, and performance metricsSafety protocol: ensure personnel safety and facility-level OSHA complianceRequired qualifications5+ years of technical / ADAS calibration experience, with a proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues with modern vehiclesIn-depth knowledge of automotive technologies, as well as demonstrated skill with ADAS calibration tools, OEM and aftermarket diagnostic equipment, and electrical diagnostics/repair techniquesValid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR checkReferenceable track record supporting demanding customers, developing talented team members, overcoming technical challenges, and delivering consistently against targetsHistory working well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while successfully managing multiple prioritiesIdeal qualificationsExperience with multiple OE diagnostic toolsExperience in autobody collision repairExperience as a mobile technicianAutomotive-related degrees or certificationsScheduleWeekdays: 8 am to 6 pmWeekends: as neededBenefitsCompetitive salary and incentive stock options (ISOs)Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) plan with company matchHealth savings account (HSA) available with company contributionFlexible spending accounts (FSAs)Paid vacation and holidaysOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesJoin us!Join the Kinetic team and drive the adoption of ADAS calibration solutions that enhance vehicle safety and reduce administrative friction for customers.
