From fulfilling orders to uncovering new opportunities, you'll play a key role in driving revenue, delivering value, and creating long-term partnerships.If you're energized by growth, love solving complex challenges, and want to work in a company where you can literally be an owner, this could be your next big move!Key Duties & Responsibilities: Build Strategic Partnerships:Become an extension of your customers' team, understand their operations, challenges, and goalsProvide operational and strategic recommendations that help them winDeliver exceptional service that strengthens long-term relationships Drive Revenue & Growth:Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesGenerate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social selling, and presentationsSet pricing and negotiating terms aligned with company guidelinesExceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsSolve Problems & Create Value:Partner with Engineering, Quality, Scheduling, Production, and Shipping to ensure flawless executionTroubleshoot customer challenges using internal expertise and external researchMaintain a high level of outbound activity and proactive engagementStay informed on industry trends in wire & cable, engineered manufacturing, and B2B markets Stay Organized & Accountable:Keep accurate CRM records and prepare timely reportsRemain highly organized, coachable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentQualifications:4-year degree and 2+ years of successful B2B inside sales experience (or equivalent experience)Experience selling custom engineered or manufactured productsBackground in consultative/value-based sellingStrong communicator with a service-first mindsetBusiness-savvy with sharp attention to detailComfortable with ambiguity and quick to learnSkilled in ERPs, CRMs, and technical systemsBilingual English/Spanish (preferred)Most importantly:You bring energy and optimism to work every dayYou think like an ownerYou're driven, accountable, and aligned with strong core valuesPhysical & Environmental Requirements: This role involves standing, walking, talking, using hands, and occasional lifting ( 15 pounds or less).
