We take pride in building reliable, American-made products and fostering a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Panel Builder to assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels for industrial equipment. This role is responsible for interpreting electrical schematics, installing components, and ensuring panels meet quality and safety standards before release to production.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materialLay out, mount, and wire electrical components including relays, breakers, terminal blocks, PLCs, and VFDsBuild and wire control panels according to company standards and customer specificationsPerform point-to-point wiring, labeling, and cable managementInstall and connect power supplies, sensors, motors, and control devicesConduct visual inspections and basic electrical testing to verify proper operationTroubleshoot and correct wiring issues as neededFollow all safety, quality, and documentation proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with engineering, production, and quality teamsPerform other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsPrevious experience in electrical panel building or electrical assemblyAbility to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagramsFamiliarity with industrial control components (PLCs, VFDs, relays, contactors)Strong attention to detail and workmanship qualityBasic math and measurement skillsAbility to use hand and power tools safelyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsTechnical certificate or vocational training in electrical or industrial technologyExperience with UL508A or industrial control panel standardsForklift or overhead crane experiencePrior manufacturing or industrial equipment experiencePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work with hands for extended periodsAbility to work in a manufacturing environmentSchedule & Work EnvironmentFull-time, onsite positionStandard production schedule with overtime as neededBenefitsCompetitive payHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and paid time offEmployee appreciation programs and other benefitsMonday through Thursday from 6:00am to 3:30pm, and Friday from 6:00am to 10:00am
