Recruitment & Talent SpecialistLocation: Can be either Opa-Locka, FL or Houston, Texas (100% On-site)Salary Range: $72,000-$75,000 per year (DOE)Department: Human ResourcesSchedule: Full-time, Monday - FridayAbout the RoleSICE, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Recruitment & Talent Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role oversees the full recruitment cycle and supports training and development initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional in communication, and able to work independently with a high level of confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingManage the complete recruitment cycle, including:Sourcing qualified candidatesReviewing resumes and screening applicantsConducting initial interviewsPreparing and issuing offer lettersCoordinate onboarding activities:Enroll new hires in ADPCollaborate with IT, Safety, and department managers for setup and trainingEnsure the completion of orientations, E-Verify, and required documentationMaintain accurate and compliant recruitment and onboarding records.Talent Development & TrainingCoordinate and monitor training programs for all positions to ensure compliance.Maintain training logs, documentation, and follow-up tracking.Support development initiatives that enhance employee skills and performance.Additional HR SupportPerform HR assistant tasks as needed.Uphold strict confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of HR information.QualificationsProven experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent development.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables).Tech-savvy and comfortable using HRIS and digital workflows.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Strong sense of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.BenefitsEligible benefits begin 60 days after date of hire, on the first of the following month.
