About the JobBaker (Commissary Kitchen) | Bridgeport, PAPart-TimeAbout the Role:Feine Coffee Roasters is hiring a Commissary Baker to join our production kitchen in Bridgeport, PA. This position is focused on baking and prep, not customer service. You'll work in a structured environment where consistency, cleanliness, and following recipes exactly are the priority.If you enjoy staying focused, working efficiently, and producing great baked goods with pride, this is a strong fit.What You'll Do:Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients to produce baked goods using company recipes and standards.Portion, shape, proof, and bake products with attention to timing, oven settings, and quality.Follow daily production lists and work with management to adjust quantities as needed.Monitor product consistency (size, color, finish, doneness) and flag issues right away.Label, date, and store products properly following food safety guidelines.Receive and store inventory, rotate ingredients (FIFO), and keep storage areas organized.Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace including dishes, tools, surfaces, and equipment.Assist with prep and utility tasks as needed to support production flow.Communicate clearly with the team to keep production moving smoothly and on time.What We're Looking For:Must be 18 years or older.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures exactly.Dependable and punctual with strong time management.Comfortable working independently and staying focused in a production environment.Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.Able to read and follow written recipes, prep lists, labels, and safety instructions.Team player with a positive, proactive attitude and clear communication.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.Ability to move items from floor level to shelves and storage areas.Schedule:Weekend availability required.Shifts may include early mornings.Consistent scheduling preferred.Benefits (based on eligibility):Employee discount.Flexible scheduling.Referral program.Bridgeport, PA 19405: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting.Apply here: /careersAbout the CompanyWe've been making days brighter and coffee better since 2012, when our owner opened our doors and invited our community to be part her Brazilian family's morning coffee tradition.
