To maintain the lawns and gardens of the Palace in a neat, well-trimmed and attractive fashion as well as maintain both indoor and outside plants according to season availability. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Clean and sweep all outside walkways, driveways and patio areas. Empty all outside trash containers. Cut and trim grass, hedges, trees and plants as needed.Qualifications A high school degree or equivalent is preferred. Must know how to operate machinery necessary for job duties to be carried out; may include, but not limited to lawnmowers, weed-whackers and sharp tools for trimming and cutting. Must possess the ability to follow oral and written instructions in the English language. Spanish preferred.The Ideal Candidate Responsible, outgoing, punctual, quick on the feet and resourceful. Flexible as to work schedule. Must be available to work on weekends, holidays, and in emergency situations. Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member.#ZR
