Summary: The Director of Training is responsible for executing and scaling ZO Skin Health's Global Education strategy across North America to drive profitable revenue growth, field effectiveness, and customer excellence. This role leads a large, field-based training organization and ensures the consistent, high-quality delivery of workshops, seminars, one-on-one trainings, and onboarding programs aligned to Global Education curricula, standards, and content. The Director partners closely with Sales leadership, Global Education, and Professional Relations to ensure training is commercially impactful, operationally disciplined, and aligned with ZO's scientific and brand standards. This is a field-first, execution-led role focused on readiness, adoption, and performance. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for developing people in a performance-driven organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Field Execution & Commercial ImpactExecute Global Education curricula and training frameworks across North America to support sales effectiveness and provider adoption.Oversee the delivery of workshops, seminars, national meetings, and one-on-one trainings in partnership with Regional Sales Directors.Ensure the right customers attend the right programs, aligned to regional sales strategies and priorities.Play a pivotal role in developing and strengthening relationships with key and strategic accounts.Team Leadership & OperationsLead and manage a field-based team of ~25, including:Own the development, performance, and growth of the training organization.Establish a clear operating cadence (planning, deployment, feedback, optimization) to increase team effectiveness and consistency.KPIs & Performance ManagementDefine, track, and report training KPIs that demonstrate impact, including:oTraining reach and participationoCertification and onboarding completionoLaunch readinessoField effectiveness indicators tied to sales performanceRegularly share insights and recommendations with the CSO, CMO, and Sales leadership.Global Education PartnershipServe as the primary North America partner to Global Education, ensuring:oConsistent adoption of global curricula, tools, and standardsoStructured field feedback to inform future global content developmentCollaborate with Global Education on U.S.-specific adaptations only when required by regulatory, commercial, or market needs.Reinforce a single source of truth for education - avoiding duplication or parallel content creation.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing to provide field feedback on education effectiveness and content performance (not to independently create core content).Support the VP of Professional Relations on major KOL programs, national seminars, and industry events as needed.Ensure all training delivery remains compliant, scientifically accurate, and aligned with approved claims and protocols.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:8+ years of experience in training, sales enablement, or professional education within medical aesthetics, skincare, or a related professional services industry.Proven leadership experience managing large, field-based teams, including trainers, educators, or sales enablement roles, with a track record of improving effectiveness and consistency.Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to align training execution to sales priorities, account strategy, and revenue-driving outcomes.Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable in a performance-driven environment.Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional delivery, with the ability to effectively deploy globally developed curricula in live, hybrid, and digital formats.Experience operating within a global education framework, including executing standardized content while providing structured field feedback to inform global improvements.Exceptional organizational and operational skills, with the ability to establish cadence, prioritize resources, and manage complex field deployment.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales leadership, Global Education, Professional Relations, and Marketing.Data- and KPI-driven mindset, with experience defining, tracking, and communicating training effectiveness and field impact.Proficiency with LMS platforms, CRM-adjacent tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual training technologies.High degree of professionalism and credibility, capable of representing ZO Skin Health at national meetings, workshops, and key account engagements.Commitment to brand integrity, compliance, and scientific accuracy, ensuring all training delivery aligns with approved claims, protocols, and medical standards.Comfort with frequent travel and field engagement across North America.
