Mechanical Engineer / Senior Mechanical EngineerLocation: Kansas City, Columbia, or St. Louis, MOSalary: $68k - $160k + up to 30% annual bonusOur client is a growing and respected MEP consulting firm with over 50 years of success supporting facility-focused projects across aviation, healthcare, housing, and municipal sectors. They are expanding their mechanical engineering team across several locations.What you'll be doing: Lead and execute mechanical system designs from concept through construction Attend client meetings and participate in site visits Sign/seal drawings and ensure code compliance Coordinate across internal design teams and external stakeholders Support junior staff and collaborate closely with CAD technicians Manage project deadlines and client expectationsWhat you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering PE license or actively pursuing licensure Minimum 3 years of MEP or facilities-focused engineering experience HVAC system design experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and communication skills CAD and/or Revit experience is a plus Project management experience is a bonus Local candidates preferred; relocation considered for strong regional fitsWhat's in it for you: Competitive base salary and bonus potential Medical insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, PTO and more!
