Facilities Maintenance ManagerLocation: On-Site, LaGrange GAA leading, employee-owned manufacturer in the packaged-goods sector is upgrading its Southeast flagship facility and needs a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Manager to keep high-speed production lines running at peak performance. You'll keep things humming, lead a top-notch crew, and drive big-picture projects. If you thrive on building world-class reliability programs while developing people, this is your chance to make a visible impact and share directly in the company's growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach, motivate, and evaluate a crew of mechanics, electricians, and technicians through skills-matrix planning, tailored training, and clear KPIs.Champion a risk-based preventive/predictive maintenance program that minimizes unplanned downtime and boosts OEE.Partner closely with Ops, Quality, and EHS heads to hit targets for production, yield, and safety.Control the full MRO supply chain, set min/max levels for critical spares, and manage purchasing to budget.Oversee equipment projects, upgrades, and moves to keep production running smoothly.Maintain audit-ready standards for HACCP, SQF/food-grade manufacturing, and OSHA requirements; serve on Crisis-Management and Food-Safety teams.Drive adherence to company rules, 5S, and continuous improvement mindset in every shiftQualificationsEngineering degree (B.S.) in relevant field (or equivalent experience)Proven track record in maintenance leadershipProficient in diagnosing and fixing complex equipment issuesExperience driving maintenance optimization through data analysis and system implementation.Strong communication, budgeting, and vendor-management skills.Valid driver's license; ability to travel domestically/abroad up to 10%.Benefits & PerksEmployee-ownership stake through an ESOP plus annual performance bonus opportunity.Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and flexible-spending benefits.401(k) with dollar-for-dollar company match.Get time off to recharge with paid holidays + flexible PTOOpportunities to grow and develop your career with supportAbout Blue Signal: Blue Signal is an award-winning, executive search firm specializing in various specialties.
