Fun Company Activities!Job DetailsWe are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate and business contracts, advising clients on commercial real estate acquisitions and financing matters, and ensuring corporate governance and compliance. The attorney will manage due diligence processes, conduct legal research, and represent clients in real estate and corporate legal proceedings.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and business agreementsProvide legal counsel on commercial real estate transactions and corporate complianceManage due diligence processes and conduct legal researchRepresent clients in real estate and corporate legal mattersCollaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction executionQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in Georgia1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate law, acquisitions, and financingStrong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory complianceSkilled in legal research, due diligence, and client advisoryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work on-site in the Atlanta Metropolitan AreaExperience with international business law is a plusJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
