Technical Editor/Technical WriterStafford, VA Seeking a Technical Editor/Technical Writer to be part of our team supporting our customer on Marine Corps Base Quantico in Stafford, VA. The position is responsible for working with the Government client and associated team members to ensure all products are in accordance with required directives and policies and of the highest quality. Specific duties include:Provide direct support to the Government Team Lead, Project Officers, and other project staff Conduct quality reviews to ensure documents are formatted and completed in accordance with templates, policy, style guides or other controlling guidanceCreate, edit, and review technical materials and program documents, to include letters, memorandums, briefs, and meeting minutesDevelop correspondence IAW the Naval Correspondence ManualConduct format reviews and editing of equipment and systems documents such as technical manuals, specifications, training materials, and operating and maintenance instructions to ensure format compliance and readabilityOther related duties as directed as part of the larger team services to include travelQualifications:Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 years related experience.
