Project/Program Manager IV

Pay rate Range- $70/hr - $80/hr. Fully Onsite Description: Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversee all aspects of projects/program. Managing all aspects of project execution including design development and construction administration processes as well as expertise in implementing and optimizing project management platforms such as Smartsheet’s, Procore etc. will be beneficial. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Experience in strategic decision-making at organizational level f.   Evidence of team development and mentoring capabilities g.  Experience in project reporting to direct managers and leadership   3 - What are the disqualifiers in the resume? a.  Less than 7 years of relevant experience b.  No leadership experience demonstrated c.  Absence of construction/design development experience d.  No experience with project management software tools e.  Limited or no experience in preparing executive-level reports and recommendations f.   Lack of evidence in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
