Essential Job Functions: * Ensure meeting spaces are set up to wow our guests based on BEO orders * Organize and arrange tables, chairs, decorations and dining stations to provide effective layout * Maintain appearance of the pre-function area * Replenish and maintain appearances of all meeting rooms and event space Physical Demands: * Ability to lift and move multiple tables and chairs and podiums weighing up to 80 lbs. through a crowded room. * Ability to grasp, list and/or carry, or otherwise move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 500 lbs. * This role requires considerable physical activity on a continuous basis throughout the shift for room set up and breakdowns.
