Provides weekly updates on accounts receivable and credit cards payable to Controller. MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH DELTEK COSTPOINTEssential Functions:Accounts Payable - Responsible for the processing and verification necessary to ensure accurate payment of all legitimate credit card charges by means of the following procedure:Maintains an open packing slip file and open purchase order file for credit card purchases.Matches credit card charges to packing slips and purchase orders, if applicable.Coordinates with purchasing department to acquire credit card receipts, purchase orders and resolve any credit card receipt issues.Assigns accounting account numbers to invoices for proper distribution in financial statements.Maintains individual files on credit card accounts.Reconciles credit card statements to general ledger to ensure all charges are accounted for.JOB REQUIREMENTSQUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED required. Experience with Deltek Costpoint GCS.Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.Excellent skills in math, accuracy and precision.Strong organizational skills and willingness to follow recommended procedures.Excellent written, oral communication and people skills.Team player.Must pass drug test and background check.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. This is NOT a physically demanding position and may accommodate most physical disabilities. There may be occasional lifting of office materials or files weighing not more than 20 pounds. Physical dexterity may be required when operating calculators, copiers, computers and/or other typical office equipment.Known Hazards: Carpal Tunnel SyndromeEnvironmental Conditions:This position works in an office environment. There is generally no exposure to hostile environments or loud noises or hazardous chemicals or smoke or extreme temperatures.
