The team partners closely with hiring managers and department leadersto understand workforce needs, create effective recruitment strategies, andensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Talent Acquisitionoversees the full recruitment lifecycle-from job posting and applicantscreening to interview coordination and offer management. The department alsoplays a key role in employer branding, talent pipeline development, internshipprogramming, and ensuring hiring processes align with organizational values andcompliance standards. Through collaborative partnership and strategic talent initiatives,Talent Acquisition helps build a strong, high-performing workforcethat supports the bank's mission and culture.Position OverviewTheTalent Acquisition Recruiting Intern will support end-to-end recruitingoperations with a focus on process efficiency, candidate experienceinitiatives, and enhancing communication within the iCIMS CRM. This role isideal for a student interested in recruiting, employer branding, HR technology,and project-based process improvement.Role andResponsibilities1. Recruiting & Process EfficiencyAssist with sourcing, screening coordination, and interview scheduling for various rolesDocument and analyze recruiting workflows to identify efficiency opportunitiesSupport improvements in recruiter standard work, templates, and process documentation2. Candidate Experience InitiativesPartner with the TA team to review and improve candidate journey touchpointsHelp design communication templates, post interview surveys, and follow up processesSupport ongoing work connected to the Six Diamond Hiring Experience initiative3. CRM & Communication Enhancement (iCIMS)Work on a project to enhance communication flows inside the iCIMS CRMAssist in building automations, communication campaigns, and event workflows (career fairs, info sessions, talent community engagement)Test and validate CRM enhancements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with TA branding standards4. Event & Program SupportAssist with planning and executing recruiting events, internship program activities, and engagement campaignsSupport Talent Acquisition analytics by pulling basic reports (training provided)MinimumQualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related fieldStrong communication and organizational skillsInterest in HR technology and process improvementComfortable learning new systems and toolsProgressReviewWeekly check-ins to review progress, discuss questions, and provide guidanceOngoing monitoring of task completion and development of new skillsExperienceand Knowledge DevelopmentTheintern will develop hands-on experience with end-to-endrecruiting processes while gaining exposure to HR technology systems, includingthe iCIMS ATS and CRM.
