After serving more than 1.3 million customers and expanding into national retail, we're hiring driven, thoughtful people who want to help redefine how the world starts its day at scale.About the RoleThe Senior Producer is the operational and production backbone of our new in-house creative team. You will work closely with the Creative Director, Senior Art Directors, Copywriters, and external partners to concept and execute monthly brand-level campaigns. This role requires a producer who can manage the entire production pipeline from concept to delivery while protecting creative intent and ensuring that every campaign launches on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality.What You'll DoOversee end-to-end production for monthly campaigns including scheduling, budgets, logistics, and deliverablesManage pre-production, production, and post-production across photo, video, design, and integrated campaign assetsBuild repeatable processes that keep the creative pipeline running smoothly from month to monthCoordinate across teams to align creative, marketing, and operational needsSource, negotiate, and manage external vendors, freelancers, editors, stylists, talent, and production partnersHandle talent casting, location scouting, permitting, and overall shoot logisticsCreate and maintain production calendars and ensure teams are hitting milestonesRun on-set production with confidence, ensuring creative direction is executed correctly and efficientlyManage creative reviews, versioning, file delivery, asset organization, and QCTrack costs, maintain budget accuracy, and provide transparency to leadershipSupport a fast-moving team by bringing organization, structure, and problem-solving to every projectRequirementsWhat You Bring5 to 8 years of production experience in brand, agency, or content-driven environmentsA proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneouslyExperience producing photo and video shoots with confidence and attention to detailStrong vendor management skills and a deep network of production partnersClear communication, calm leadership, and the ability to guide teams through tight timelinesComfort working in an environment where we are concepting the next campaign while executing the current oneHighly organized, solutions-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they ariseAn ability to support creative teams while keeping projects aligned with budgets and schedulesA passion for building systems, solving problems, and enabling great creative workBenefitsCOMPENSATIONCompetitive base, bonus, and equity packageComprehensive health, vision, dentalUnlimited PTORemote-friendly role
