This client is recognized for its execution-driven culture, efficient operational model, and strong strategic focus within high-growth national markets.Your Responsibilities as a Leader:Support regional multifamily portfolio business plan execution (1k units).Primary coordinator with property management and local vendors.Conduct site walks/inspections, document findings, and follow up.Mentor and foster a strong relationship with teams.The Skills & Experience You Possess:4+ years in a regional-level multifamily operations and property management.
