Capitol City Ford is hiring a parts counter person.Counter people work with our techs to identify their parts needs. Additional responsibilities include: Maintain strong product knowledge of auto parts, warranties, promotions, and sales programs Oversee the parts sales process from tech inquiry to finding the part to invoicingWork with parts manager to locate any parts not in stockCommunicate with technicians on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealershipPerform other duties as assignedCommunicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional mannerMust follow all company safety policies and proceduresUnderstand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industryWe offer a full benefits package:Medical/ Dental/ Life/ AFLAC401K with Employer ContributionsPaid Holidays/ Vacation DaysDirect DepositUniformsClosed on SundayPay is based on department sales, percentage is based on experience, with potential to make $60k to $85k a year.Plus, you'll benefit from the stability that comes from 4 decades of sustained growth!
