This position reports to the Director, Human Resources and will work in Limerick, Pennsylvania.About the positionAs a Human Resources Coordinator of the Dometic Limerick team, you will be involved in for collecting, inputting, tracking HR data and will be expected to produce reports while ensuring data accuracy.Your Main Responsibilities Works directly with Staffing Agencies to fill hourly positionsResponsible with the filing of highly sensitive documentsPrepares and maintains electronic employee filesPrepares various and routine reports from HRIS including monthly retention and turnover metricsEnsures all HRIS is updated to track new hires, terminations, and status changes in UKG & Headcount reportsPrepares and distributes internal correspondence and announcementsHeavily involved with event-planning and coordination of company events and meetingsResponsible for daily absenteeism and hours worked reportingPrepare monthly reporting in coordination with Finance and Health & SafetyFrontline administrator for benefits programs and assists employees as necessary processes enrollments, updates and terminations within the employee benefit programsManages Training Matrix System keeping employees and their records up to dateWorks closely with supervisors to support operationsRuns routine reports for analysisRoutinely audits the integrity of attendance data to ensure accuracyResponsible for full cycle recruitment for hourly and temporary employeesConducts new hire orientations for hourly and salary new hires, issues new hire paperwork, data entry and employee ID badges and is responsible for creating new hire packages as needed.Coordinate and attend recruitment events as requiredServe as recorder for all Union related meetings, hearings, disciplinary hearingsServes as first point of contact for HR related mattersWhat do we offer?You are offered an interesting role in a dynamic, fast paced and global environment with great opportunities to grow, evolve with the company and take on new challenges.Medical/Dental/Vision InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Disability insurance (STD/LTD)401 (k) with company matchPTOCompany defined holidays and two floating holidays for you to use as you choosePaid maternity/paternity leaveTuition assistanceMembership reimbursement (wholesale club and gym)Employee discounts on our incredible productsOpportunities to make an impactSkills & RequirementsA suitable background would be a solid experience within manufacturing and engineering as well as the following qualifications and experiences:Completion of or working towards, Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is requiredTwo years' experience in an office administrative role preferably in a human resources and in manufacturing environmentMinimum two year's experience in Human Resources or related fieldTo be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:Adaptable and agile to changing prioritiesGreat attention to detailStrong organizational skillsCustomer service orientationAble to uphold confidentialityStrong proficiency with MS Office programs including: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint; and, the ability to learn other applications quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bilingual is a plusAbility to work well independently and as part of a strong teamDometic's Core ValuesTo thrive and succeed in this role, you understand the importance of our core values - Together We build our future, We play to win, We embrace change and We walk the talk; these values reflect the heart and soul of Dometic and they define what it takes to work here and how we do things.Are you our next star?
