This role manages service scheduling and dispatch, maintains accurate job records in our field service software, and supports billing and documentation workflows.This role is focused on supporting the Service Team today, with the opportunity for responsibilities to evolve over time as the company grows. We're looking for someone who is adaptable and open to learning new skills as needs change.What You'll DoSchedule and dispatch service technicians dailyMaintain accurate customer and work order data in FieldPulseCommunicate with customers and vendors regarding scheduling and updatesEnsure work orders include required documentation (notes, photos, parts, time)Support invoice preparation and job closeoutAssist with project schedule, data entry and Service administrative needsWho You AreHighly organized and detail-orientedCalm under pressure and able to juggle multiple prioritiesComfortable enforcing documentation and process standardsA clear communicator who works well with both field and office teamsReliable, responsive, and proactiveQualifications2+ years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or service coordinationExperience in electrical, HVAC, or field service environments preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office toolsExperience with field service or CRM software (FieldPulse preferred)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationNon-smoker (smoke-free work environment)Schedule & WorkloadFull-time, typically 40-45 hours per weekOffice-based roleFast-paced service environment requiring flexibility and responsivenessCompensation & Benefits$20 - $25 per hour (depending on experience)2 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)9 Paid HolidaysHealth Dental & Vision InsuranceSimple IRA with up to 3% company matchEligible for mid-year and year-end performance bonusesEligible for company profit sharing after one year of serviceLong-term growth and development opportunities Why You'll Love Working HereAt Evolved Lighting & Energy, you're not just scheduling service calls - you're helping keep our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.
