We help our members grow profitable water damage businesses through elite coaching, proven marketing systems, and operational playbooks built from top-performing restoration companies nationwide.We serve as a strategic growth partner - helping members scale without franchising, TPA restrictions, or costly lead-buying programs.Position SummaryThe Director of Member Growth & Revenue is a revenue-driving leadership role responsible for acquiring new members, expanding existing relationships, and maximizing long-term retention.This is not a traditional "support" role - it is a growth and sales leadership position focused on converting qualified restoration companies into members, driving renewals through results, and expanding member revenue over time.You will own the full membership revenue lifecycle: sales → onboarding → engagement → renewal → expansion, while leading a Member Support Team that delivers exceptional value and outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Member Sales & AcquisitionOwn the full sales cycle for new member growth, including outbound outreach, discovery calls, proposal development, and closing.Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified restoration company prospects.Partner closely with Marketing to sharpen messaging, improve lead conversion, and attract the right-fit member.Track and optimize sales performance metrics (appointments set, close rate, CAC efficiency, member fit).Revenue Expansion & Member GrowthDevelop strategies to increase Net Revenue Retention through upgrades, expanded services, and deeper member engagement.Identify high-opportunity member accounts and create growth plans tied to measurable business outcomes.Strengthen long-term partnerships by positioning Trusted Restorer as an essential advisor to member success.Retention & Renewal StrategyDrive proactive renewal strategy through relationship management, business coaching, and accountability.Monitor member health and engagement to identify renewal risks early.Lead retention interventions with clear recovery plans and outcome-based follow-up.Leadership & Member Experience DeliveryLead and coach the Member Support Team to deliver consistent, high-impact member engagement.Establish team priorities, performance expectations, and development plans.Maintain a structured cadence of member touchpoints that drive progress, wins, and satisfaction.Program Development & EnablementImprove and evolve member success offerings based on sales insights, retention trends, and performance gaps.Coordinate internal experts and consultants to deliver world-class training and advisory support.Partner with senior leadership to ensure Trusted Restorer's member experience drives measurable ROI.QualificationsProven success in sales, account management, or revenue-focused customer success roles.Demonstrated ability to close new business and retain/expand long-term accounts.Strong consultative selling skills: comfortable leading strategic conversations with business owners.Experience managing teams, coaching performance, and driving accountability.Data-driven mindset with comfort tracking KPIs across pipeline, retention, and member engagement.Success MetricsThis role will be measured by revenue outcomes, including:New member acquisition + close rateLead-to-appointment conversionRenewal and retention rateNet Revenue Retention (NRR) + expansionMember engagement and satisfactionSpeed to value in onboardingOur benefits include:Company paid Health Insurance for the Employee -Buy-up plans are available -Dependents/Spouses can be added for additional cost -HSA/FSA is available with certain plansVision and Dental insurance (2 dental plans to choose from!)Company paid Long/Short term DisabilityCompany Paid Life Insurance401k with company matching (vested)Ancillary Benefits (Hospital, Critical Illness, Accident)Paid time off and Holidays
