We partner with clinics to provide financial, operational, and strategic support that enables sustainable growth, scalability, and long-term value creation.The RoleThis is a foundational hire. As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will help scale our recruiting function - establishing processes, sourcing channels, and hiring velocity across both our corporate team and our growing clinic portfolio. You'll partner directly with the COO and clinic managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into a reliable, high-quality talent pipeline. You're equally comfortable recruiting a clinical role as you are headhunting a regional operations director or a clinic managers. You understand that the right hire at the clinic level is just as strategic as any corporate assignment.What You'll OwnBuild and manage end-to-end recruiting for all roles - clinical (NPs, PAs, RNs, estheticians), operational (clinic managers, front desk, patient coordinators), and corporate (finance, marketing, ops)Design and implement a scalable hiring process: intake, sourcing, screening, interview structure, offer, and onboarding handoffManage our ATS and establish consistent data hygiene, reporting, and pipeline visibility for leadershipBuild Annie Aesthetic's employer brand - careers page, social presence, candidate experience, and employee referral programPartner with clinic managers and the COO on headcount planning as the portfolio expandsOwn time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, and sourcing channel ROI as core KPIsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; at least 2 years in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or multi-unit consumer servicesExperience hiring clinical roles (NP, PA, RN, MD, esthetician) - you understand licensing requirements and what makes a great practitionerDemonstrated ability to build recruiting infrastructure, not just fill requisitionsStrong sourcing instincts - Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and niche job boards are second natureComfort operating in a fast-moving, PE-backed growth environment with evolving priorities and lean structureData-driven mindset - you track everything and use metrics to improve process, not just report activityStrong communicator and relationship builder; you earn trust quickly with hiring managers and candidates alikeBonus: experience multi-site rollup businessesWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary with performance bonusBenefits: medical and 401kStipend for treatments and discounted access to Annie Aesthetic services across the portfolioA direct seat at the table - reporting to the COO, with real influence over how we scale
