Applicants should expect to obtain significant experience presenting evidence, legal arguments, and litigating at preliminary hearings, pre-trial motions, and jury trials. Applicants must have a law degree, have a Certificate of Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, and possess a valid and current driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
